THE CLOSEST YOU CAN GET TO THE HOUSE DANCES OF THE LATE 19TH AND EARLY 20TH CENTURY.

There’s live fiddle music and a caller who will teach you all of the dances. You can dance or just sit, talk, and listen to the music. There’s no need to dress up, comfortable clothes and shoes will do just fine. Families are welcome!

Dances are scheduled on the last Friday of most months at the Lakewood/Seward Park Community Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is located on the corner of 50th Avenue South and South Angeline Street, in beautiful South Seattle.
Dances start at 8 PM and run until 11 PM.

Admission is $6 for adults, $3 for ages 6-18 and under 6 free. Family household maximum is $15.

(But you want to dance TONIGHT and it's not one of our scheduled Fridays. Check out Matt Fisher's Seattle Dance Page for other great dances in Seattle.)
