The Turtle Valley String Band
is Tony Mates, fiddle; Dave Ledell, banjo; Nancy Iremonger, mandolin; Catherine Alexander, guitar; and Mimi Boothby, bass. We've been playing old-time music together since 1995 and have found ourselves playing on an (amazingly) regular basis for square and contra dances, concerts and workshops all over the Pacific Northwest.
